DELIVERY POLICY FAQ

Mia's Flowershop, located at 1612 N 16th St, offers delivery to any city in Arizona. Delivery fees vary based on the distance from our shop—the closer you are, the cheaper the fee, while farther locations incur higher costs. To get a delivery quote, please message us your address, and we will promptly provide you with the details.

We do deliveries to residential homes, businesses, hospitals, schools and much more! 

*Note for hospitals please call the hospital beforehand to make sure that they do accept flowers*

Please look at the arrangments we have available under here. Once you found your arrangement, Send us a message with the address it is getting delivered to. From there we will send you an invoice for the whole order. 

You can also place orders via Instagram, by phone(602 252-0409) and in person! 

Yes, we offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 4 pm.

We deliver times from 10-12, 1-3, 4-6.

For Residental Homes: The deliveryman will call you(the person who placed the order) and will contact you to see if you want the arrangement to be left at the door(Away from the Sun) If there is no answer from either the recipient or person who ordered, the deliveryman will take it back to the shop and the customer will have to pay for delivery fee again. 

For Business Deliveries: If the recipient is not there(on lunch or meeting) The deliveryman will leave it. If the recipient has left work and won't be coming back, the deliveryman will call the person who placed the order to see if they left at the job site overnight or taken back to the shop. Delivery Fee will be charged if delivery needs to be delivered next day.

We do not do refunds, you must pick it up from Mia's Flower Shop. If you cannot pick up, we will donate the flowers. 

If we see that it is incorrect before we deliver, We will contact you to get the correct address.If the deliveryman is at the incorrect address, We will contact you to see if you want to pay the new delivery fee to get it delivered to the correct address.( Delivery Fee determined by distance from incorrect address to correct address.)
